At-Will Employment Policy

Employment with Tato's Roofing LLC is at-will. This means that either the employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, subject to applicable law.

Nothing contained in any handbook, policy, procedure, benefit plan, offer letter, verbal statement, or other communication shall be construed as creating a contract of employment or guaranteeing employment for any specific duration.

Only the Owner or an authorized Company representative may enter into a written agreement that modifies the at-will nature of employment. Any such agreement must be in writing and signed by both the employee and the authorized Company representative.
