As a condition of employment or engagement with Tato's Roofing LLC, the undersigned agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information belonging to the Company.
Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to:
- Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Estimates, contracts, pricing, and profit margins.
- Vendor and supplier information.
- Marketing strategies and lead sources.
- Business plans and financial information.
- Internal reports, procedures, and training materials.
- Employee information.
- Company software, databases, and CRM information.
Non-Disclosure
Employees shall not disclose confidential information to any third party without written authorization from Tato's Roofing LLC.
Use of Information
Confidential information may only be used for legitimate business purposes and may not be used for personal gain or for the benefit of any competing business.
Return of Property
Upon termination of employment or upon request, employees must immediately return all company property, records, documents, electronic files, passwords, devices, and materials.
Survival
The obligations contained in this Agreement shall survive termination of employment.
Remedies
The Company reserves all legal and equitable remedies available for violations of this Agreement.
Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
